I had an issue with my factoring company not purchasing the invoice over an address discrepancy in the factoring companies system. I contacted AP and they sent me an ACH right away so the issue was resolved and we got paid. They also reimbursed me for a late fee that was caused by traffic and accidents. Good broker.
